The Role

• 4–6 sessions/week (flexible days)
• £700 per day
• Immediate start Ongoing opportunity
• Low home visits, efficient systems, friendly team

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face and/or telephone consultations
• Manage acute and chronic conditions in a primary care setting
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care
• Complete referrals, prescriptions, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with the wider clinical and admin team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Requirements

• GMC-registered GP
• On NHS Performers List
• Strong clinical judgment & communication skills
