Data Science Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Design data science and AI models.
• Engage with customers to solve critical business problems.
• Champion data products to ensure business impact.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams in design reviews and feedback.
• Translate complex findings into clear messages for stakeholders.
• Leverage data analytics tools to recommend solutions.
• Continuously learn new skills and participate in tech communities.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop data architecture and governance frameworks.

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in STEM or related field (e.g., MBA, Statistics, Data Science).
• Experience with Advanced Analytics, Generative AI, and Statistics in a commercial setting.
• Proficiency in Python and related analytics tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Change management experience.
• Technical knowledge of ML methods, Statistics, and visualization libraries.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in STEM or related fields.
• Experience in product ownership and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Azure stack and healthcare data landscape.
• Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry and digital marketing analytics.
