Office Manager (Belfast Office)

An opportunity exists for an experienced Office Manager in our Belfast Office.

Accountabilities

  • Office Management.
  • PA Services to Belfast Director.
  • Preparation of tenders and related documentation.
  • Office Health and Safety and Quality Systems.
  • HR admin and support.
  • Admin support to Engineers.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in Office Management inc tender preparation.
  • A qualification in Business Administration/ Quality Systems or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general aptitude for I.T.
  • Experience of ISO 9000 or similar systems.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A 'can do' , customer focused approach.
