Office Manager (Belfast Office)
An opportunity exists for an experienced Office Manager in our Belfast Office.
Accountabilities
- Office Management.
- PA Services to Belfast Director.
- Preparation of tenders and related documentation.
- Office Health and Safety and Quality Systems.
- HR admin and support.
- Admin support to Engineers.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in Office Management inc tender preparation.
- A qualification in Business Administration/ Quality Systems or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general aptitude for I.T.
- Experience of ISO 9000 or similar systems.
- Good communication skills.
- A 'can do' , customer focused approach.
