We are looking for an ambitious Manager to join our growing Due Diligence team. The successful candidate will assist in executing financial due diligence assignments on buy-side and sell-side transactions and support new business development.

Our Transaction Services team is an award-winning, highly regarded team in the marketplace. The team specializes in financial due diligence, advising clients on business sales, acquisitions, and investments. Deal values typically range from £5m to £250m.

You will work with a variety of clients across industries, including private equity, entrepreneurs, large corporates, and banks, both in the UK and internationally, who are looking to sell, acquire, invest in, or fund businesses.

You will make an impact by:

  1. Managing client acceptance and engagement processes.
  2. Undertaking and reviewing financial analyses and interpreting outputs.
  3. Identifying key deal issues and commercial observations.
  4. Writing reports and reviewing team members’ drafts.
  5. Liaising with clients, target businesses, and professional advisors.
  6. Collaborating with other service lines.
  7. Managing project delivery alongside directors and partners.
  8. Developing and training the wider team.
  9. Supporting business development initiatives across the firm.

  • Possess strong technical skills with a good understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be eager to coach and develop team members.
