What will you be doing?

You will join our business as an End Point Assessor, delivering assessments with integrity, approachability, and resourcefulness.

  • Planning, conducting, and reporting on End Point Assessments with apprentices and their employers.
  • Making fair and independent assessment decisions regarding apprenticeship standards and grades, using your expertise to evaluate against grading criteria.
  • Handling administration tasks and keeping your sector knowledge current.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience in Transport & Warehouse Operations at supervisor level or above within the last three years.
  • An Assessors qualification.
  • A proven passion for and hands-on experience in Transport & Warehouse Operations.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other IT systems (training for EPAPro will be provided).
