Job Purpose
Kingspan Insulated Panels has an ambitious goal to lead the construction sector with a dynamic digital transformation strategy to support our customers and their evolving needs.
We are looking for a forward-thinking, results driven Digital Transformation Lead to help shape, execute and communicate the roadmap for our digital strategy across the EAA division.
The role will have a long-term strategic focus on process optimisation, data excellence and technology enablement to accelerate the evolution of our digital processes. Acting as a key architect in modernising how we operate, make decisions and create value.
This person will collaborate with both digital and customer experience leads across the EAA region and the wider Kingspan Group. Ensuring our digital initiatives are improving both our customers experience and our employee’s effectiveness to service our customers.
This role will focus on projects and initiatives across the KIP EAA Division.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy tailored to our divisional requirements.
- Translate strategic vision into actionable programs and initiatives, balancing innovation with operational feasibility.
- Act as a digital transformation champion, working closely with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Regularly evaluate progress against strategic goals and adapt plans based on data insights and business feedback.
- Help analyse and document end-to-end processes, both “as-is” and “to-be” to eliminate inefficiencies and ultimately improve both our customers and employee’s experience.
- Define and implement robust data governance policies, including master data management, data ownership and best practices across departments.
- Lead initiatives to improve data quality, accessibility and usability across departments and regions.
- Work closely with our regional teams, project managers and customer experience (CX) leads to drive digital initiatives.
- Own the list of digital initiatives being progressed across the division.
- Ensure all our divisional digital metrics and measures are supplied to Kingspan Group in a timely manner.
- Ensure all digital solutions and tools are captured in the IT service catalogue.
- Work with and manage third party vendors where required.
- Must be able to travel
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001 accreditations and all other certifications currently in place, including CE marking.
Report compliance concerns, issues, and failures;
Participate in training as required;
- Ensure site adherence to and operation of the Compliance Management System responsibilities within ISO 37301 Clause 5 section 5.3.4., the company handbook and Code of Conduct.
Key Skills & Experience
· Educated to a degree level or equivalent in Business, Information Systems or a related field.
· 8 + years of experience in digital strategy, transformation and process excellence.
· Proven experience developing and delivering digital strategies that drive measurable business value.
· Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable.
· Process-oriented mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
· Strong knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
· Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
· Experience with ERP & CRM systems, data analytics and data governance frameworks.
· Comfortable with technical conversions around API’s, system architecture and digital infrastructure.
· Strategic mindset with ability to execute.
· Self-starter with a passion for transformation and innovation.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
· ITIL Framework qualification – desirable.
· Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio & Project) and Outlook.
