Working as part of the Apprenticeship team, this role plays a pivotal part in increasing engagement, capability, and performance by equipping people with the tools, knowledge, and skills to fulfill their potential.
Responsibilities
- Support apprentices in achieving the outcomes for Multi Channel Marketing and Content Creator Levels 3, applying their knowledge, skills, and behaviors in the workplace.
- Coach apprentices through collecting evidence, preparing reflective statements, and collating evidence in their portfolios.
- Deliver coaching and teaching sessions, face-to-face or online, and design/update supporting materials.
- Review evidence against apprenticeship outcomes and coach apprentices accordingly.
- Review apprentices’ reflections on their evidence and guide improvements.
- Assist apprentices in identifying gaps in evidence and suggest opportunities to demonstrate outstanding outcomes.
- Help apprentices select evidence for their final portfolios for review or assessment.
- Mark and provide feedback on formative and summative assessments linked to evidence and portfolios.
- Collaborate with apprenticeship delivery managers to support learners, make interventions, and implement individual action plans.
- Recognize when additional learning needs or pastoral support are required and refer learners to appropriate support services.
Development Opportunities
This role will enhance your skills as a trainer, facilitator, and coach. Opportunities include coaching, facilitation, assessment drafting, and providing feedback.
