Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QHSE Manager located at our head office. The Manager will oversee:

• Health & Safety protocols.
• Risk Assessment & Management.
• Corrective and Preventative Actions.
• QMS Maintenance & Development
• Enhancing the role of Quality Assurance.
• Maintaining registrations with Assessing and Regulatory Agencies.
• Accident investigations.
• Employee training to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Conducting and verify Internal, On-Site and Supplier Audits.
• Reviewing and refining business processes.

Qualifications

• Certification in Health & Safety management (NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.)
• Complete knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2008, ISO45001:2018 and ISO14001:2015 and have been trained in Quality System Auditing Techniques.

Required Skills

• Health & Safety and EHS Management skills.
• Experience in Occupational Health and Accident Investigation.
• Training and Development in Health & Safety practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards in the construction industry.

Desired Skills

• The ability to transfer knowledge through training.
• At least 5 years’ experience in the supervision and management of people.
• A pragmatic approach to issues and their resolution.
• Ability to work with and support others.
• An ability to analyse complex situations.
