An exciting opportunity to drive the new business pipeline for this digital innovation agency through exceptional content marketing. The agency creates category defining digital experiences for global businesses and brands.

We are looking for a proactive, ambitious all-rounder to join the team. You will play a key role in helping drive the agency's growth and enhance their market presence particularly on social channels. You will work with the leadership team across strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the brand – engaging target audiences, and supporting business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Market Insights

  • Conduct market, competitor and audience research and analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Work with leadership to translate these into actionable initiatives to attract new and grow existing clients.

Develop and Execute Marketing Plans

  • Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Implement activity across social media and email marketing that promotes their unique proposition, solutions, services, expertise, and thought leadership.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing performance and ROI.

Content Strategy and Thought Leadership

  • Lead content strategy and development, ensuring high-quality, relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Position the agency as a thought leader through articles, whitepapers, case studies, and speaking engagements.

Content Development

  • Responsible for creating content (copywriting, messaging) and directing visual design (graphics, layout) for marketing materials, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging and visual representation.

Candidate Profile:

-Self-motivated, independently minded with a positive can-do attitude.

-Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure ensuring project delivery on time.

-Strong analytical and commercial nous alongside a collaborative and creative approach.

Required Skills and Experience:

-Proven track record in a similar role, ideally within a professional services agency.

-Strong understanding on how digital marketing can drive positive business outcomes.

-Demonstrated success in creating cross-channel campaigns that drive engagement and lead

generation.

-Excellent (Native or Bilingual Proficiency) written and verbal communication skills.

-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

-Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead in the digital landscape.

Salary: up to £40,000
