Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and hands-on support to nursery managers.
- Champion high standards in care, education, and safeguarding.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Oversee performance management and staff development across multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Build strong relationships with teams, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Drive quality assurance, self-evaluation, and readiness for Ofsted inspections.
- Lead recruitment and team-building to strengthen each setting.
- Support implementation of local authority funding and legislation.
