Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and hands-on support to nursery managers.
  • Champion high standards in care, education, and safeguarding.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Oversee performance management and staff development across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
  • Build strong relationships with teams, stakeholders, and local authorities.
  • Drive quality assurance, self-evaluation, and readiness for Ofsted inspections.
  • Lead recruitment and team-building to strengthen each setting.
  • Support implementation of local authority funding and legislation.
