Robert Half has partnered with a dynamic investment firm to find a bright and ambitious office manager; joining a team of 20+ professionals working in a professional, quiet office environment.

About the Role – We’re seeking a poised, professional Executive Assistant to be the face and voice of the company. This pivotal role combines reception duties with high-level support for our CEO, Chairman, and investment directors. The ideal candidate will maintain a calm, professional demeanour while managing multiple priorities in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Front-of-House Management
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers
  • Manage incoming calls professionally, understanding you’re the face of the company
  • Create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors
  • Project a professional company image at all times
  • Executive Support
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, Chairman, and senior team
  • Assist investment directors with various tasks and projects
  • Run occasional errands for executives
  • Support staff with phone/tech troubleshooting
  • Office Operations
  • Oversee daily office logistics including meeting room preparation
  • Maintain kitchen area and common spaces
  • Manage stationery stock and office supplies
  • Assist with general facilities management
  • IT Coordination
  • Act as first point of contact for basic IT issues
  • Coordinate with outsourced IT providers
  • Support remote working setup when needed
  • Administrative Support
  • Arrange couriers and handle post
  • Assist with expense management and invoice logging
  • Provide general administrative support across teams

Qualifications – Previous corporate office experience (specific industry background flexible)

Required Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a poised, professional demeanour
  • Strong prioritisation abilities and excellent time management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and general office technology
  • Discrete and trustworthy when handling sensitive information
