Role Title: Finance Systems Manager

Location: London | Hybrid (Average of 2-3x days/week)

Salary: £70-80,000

SystemsAccountants are supporting a Global Business with the provision of a Finance Systems Manager focused on supporting both the ERP & EPM landscape whilst working alongside the SSC to drive a continuous improvement landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Consolidation System

• Manage technical aspects of consolidation processes
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Oversee maintenance of Chart of Accounts, exchange rates, and controls
• Manage interface with Microsoft F&O

ERP Systems (Microsoft F&O)

• Provide governance of Group finance systems
• Review configurations to improve efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate with local teams on implementations
• Ensure systems meet Group and country requirements

Management

• Lead team of 4 (offshore Shared Service Center)
• Collaborate with international stakeholders
• European travel required

Requirements

• Consolidation systems experience
• Microsoft 365 knowledge (F&O preferred)
• Group Finance experience
• IT systems knowledge
• People management skills (offshore experience preferred)
• Finance/reporting knowledge
