Well-regarded commercial law firm in Bristol is looking to recruit an Employee Incentives Legal Director or Partner of 8 or more years’ PQE. This specialist division advises a range of clients from start-ups to internationals, including listed companies. They also advise founders, trustees and executives in relation to Employee Ownership Trusts. The types of matters they advise on include:• the selection, design and implementation of equity and cash incentive arrangements for employees to maximise their engagement • HMRC approved and tax efficient share plans including EMI, CSOP, SIP and SAYE • Bespoke growth share plans, nil paid plans and LTIPs • Employee benefit trusts • the effect of existing arrangements in relation to terminations and corporate transactions.
Our client is seeking an individual who has the drive and commitment to assist them in the continued growth and development of their Employee Incentives practice. You will also be expected to support the growth of the Bristol office including the development of the Corporate/Corporate Tax teams. This will involve a range of business development activities, including attending BD events, networking, supporting on tenders/pitches and preparing thought leadership content the firms’ publications.Applicants will have a good level of experience as an Employee Incentives practitioner, as well as experience of managing client relationships at a high level. You will also have a keen interest in team management and development and, as such, previous experience of managing junior solicitors/ fee earners is important.
