JOB TITLE: Strategic Partnerships Manager – Introducers

SALARY: Starting from £70,929

LOCATIONS: North / South – Location flexible

HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at an office site or with clients.

About This Opportunity:

This role involves sourcing and onboarding new introducers such as payment specialists, trade associations, and software vendors within the merchant acquiring sector. Introducers provide ongoing leads by developing and maintaining relationships with potential partners.

At Lloyds Banking Group, we deliver seamless payment solutions through Cardnet, working with Fiserv to offer reliable and secure services to businesses of all sizes.

We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team with ambitious goals. Your focus will be on sourcing and onboarding new introducers in the merchant acquiring sector, managing relationships, and maintaining a pipeline of new business opportunities.

This role requires self-motivation, excellent communication, and business development skills, including delivering presentations, portfolio reviews, and training to key introducers.

It is a field-based role, involving virtual or physical meetings with prospective partners, guiding them from initial contact to agreement and implementation.

What you’ll need:

  • Outstanding partner/business development experience.
  • Merchant acquiring experience, with knowledge of card acquiring, payments, and data solutions.
  • Proven success in negotiation and partner relationship management.
  • Experience with the third-party payments eco-system.

Additional useful experience:

  • Knowledge of industry-related technical developments.
  • Familiarity with third-party technology suppliers and partners.
