What you'll do:
Lead multiple stores to deliver operational excellence, compliance, and strong commercial results
Develop and coach store managers and teams to reach their full potential
Take full accountability as an Area Manager for KPIs, performance, and customer experience across your area
Build succession plans and support business growth through people and standards
What we're looking for:
Degree calibre – either graduate-level education or equivalent professional experience
Experience as a Store Manager or Deputy Manager in a supermarket or discount retail setting
Strong commercial focus, people leadership, and hands-on management style
Ambitious, adaptable, and ready to take the next step into an Area Manager role
