Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Fabric Multi Trader based in Epsom, covering Sussex & Surrey.

The Multi Trader will handle various daily tasks including general building maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, and flooring.

This role involves addressing both reactive and project maintenance tasks, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

Qualifications

  • Skills in general building maintenance, including carpentry and plumbing
  • Experience with electrical work and familiarity with safety standards
  • Ability to perform reactive maintenance and planned works
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Certification or relevant qualifications in building maintenance or related fields
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Full clean driving license is essential
