This role offers an exciting and unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to join our communications and digital marketing team as a Junior Web Analyst.
As a Junior Web Analyst, you will be motivated by understanding how users find and interact with our website, identifying what they like and dislike. You will explore and develop strategies to improve website engagement and conversions. You should be able to interpret data patterns and conceive goal-oriented solutions. As you progress, you will develop expertise in using analytical tools to influence website changes, and gain experience with wireframes, user flows, and website design.
You will collaborate with experienced designers, developers, and our Creative Director to achieve the IAI’s short- and long-term digital objectives. You need to be results-oriented, agile, and well-organized. Excellent communication skills and sound editorial judgment are essential. You will monitor website performance, experiment with new ideas, and report your findings to the senior team. As you gain experience, you will have opportunities to propose your own ideas and strategies.
This is an exceptional opportunity, and candidates should demonstrate exceptional qualities. All applicants should have an excellent educational background, with a minimum 2:1 degree from a top university. Candidates should also be passionate about our content and our mission to influence global thinking by emphasizing philosophy and big ideas in culture. Experience with Google Analytics, UX research, basic design skills, and website management is highly desirable but not essential if you can demonstrate engagement with and understanding of the digital environment. Suitable degrees include philosophy, maths, human sciences, economics, psychology, marketing, or computer science.
