Job Description

We are looking for an Internal Communications Assistant to join our dynamic, fast-paced marketing team based in the US and London. We are looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative internal communications specialist to support us with the planning and delivery of high quality and compelling content for our global internal communications programme.

Job Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of AlTi’s global intranet platform
  • Supporting with content gathering and sign off processes for internal communications materials
  • Supporting the production and editing of engaging video content, newsletters and internal updates
  • Ensuring timely and regular delivery of high quality and well-planned materials
  • Team coordination where appropriate
  • Occasional administrative support with external media programme

Qualifications

  • University degree required
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a marketing / communications function or PR agency
  • A brilliant eye for detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and collaborative in approach
  • Highly organised, with strong planning skills
  • Excellent written and proofreading skills
  • Creative approach with genuine interest in people and storytelling
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • A low ego team player with strong professional ethics

Preferred but not essential

  • Experience of managing social media platforms
  • Familiarity with analytics to measure content effectiveness
  • Experience of recording and editing videos
  • Experience of working within or with a financial services business
