Job Summary:
We are looking for a High Voltage EV Technician to join our team and work on our cutting-edge electric commercial vehicles. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of high-voltage electrical systems within our modern Farizon SuperVAN’s. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of these vehicles as part of a growing team at the forefront of sustainable transportation technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Repair: Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on high-voltage electrical components including batteries, chargers, inverters, and power systems in electric commercial vehicles.
- Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Use specialized tools to diagnose and repair electrical faults in high-voltage systems, ensuring vehicle performance is up to industry standards.
- System Testing: Conduct testing and inspections to verify the performance, safety, and compliance of high-voltage systems and components.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to high-voltage safety protocols and practices, following local and industry standards for working with electrical systems.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate service records for repairs, inspections, and maintenance work completed. Provide detailed reports to ensure compliance and continuous vehicle performance.
- Collaboration: Work with engineers and other technicians to implement improvements and optimize vehicle systems, providing insights into troubleshooting and system design enhancements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant high-voltage or EV-specific certifications (such as, NVQ, or equivalent) are essential.
- Hands-on experience with high-voltage systems, particularly in electric vehicles, commercial fleets, or industrial applications.
- Strong knowledge of high-voltage electrical systems, including battery management, inverters, and powertrains in electric vehicles.
- In-depth understanding of safety protocols and regulations related to high-voltage environments.
