Job Opportunity: IT Business Analyst

Our leading Financial Services client is seeking a talented and motivated Business Analyst to support a large transformation programme, acting as the face of IT within the organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing project scope with consistent application of change control processes.
• Overseeing project budgets to ensure effective cost management and resource utilization.
• Engaging with and influencing board members and senior stakeholders to secure alignment and support for project initiatives.
• Maintaining and monitoring the project resource plan to ensure appropriate allocation of skilled personnel.
• Ensuring platform and service delivery meet specified requirements and that transition to business-as-usual is completed per plans.
• Providing accurate, insightful project reporting on schedule.
• Initiating corrective actions and interventions when issues are identified.
• Possessing experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.
• Having knowledge of governance and cyber security.
• Experience with Dynamics365 CRM / D365.
• Experience working on migration projects from on-premises to cloud environments.
• Understanding of ISO 27001 IT Security Risk Management.

Salary: Up to £70,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (flexible work from home options available)
