Job Opportunity: Part-Time Residential Security Officer

A superb opportunity has arisen for a part-time position as a residential security officer to join us at a residence in the St John’s Wood area.

Job Details:

• You must hold a valid close protection license.
• Number of hours: 12 hours per night.
• Typical working pattern: Four nights on, four nights off.
• License required: CLOSE PROTECTION ONLY.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor the premises to prevent trespass or intrusion.
• Meet and greet the client and their family.
• Handle deliveries.
• Patrol the premises on foot.
• Communicate effectively and have good spoken English skills.
• Handle emergencies professionally and report hazardous conditions or irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare and submit reports as required.

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Supportive of family and household needs.
• Strong reporting and communication skills.
• Military service experience is a plus.
