Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
- Understand your market and drive marketing strategies:
- Partner with local Sales leadership to translate business objectives into an effective integrated marketing plan aligned with GTM strategies (direct & indirect).
- Collaborate with partners, BDRs, Sales, and cross-functional marketing teams to identify gaps and opportunities, building Qlik brand equity across the full portfolio and driving pipeline and revenue growth.
- Oversee the extension of global marketing activities to connect and engage prospects and customers regionally.
- Execute marketing programs including cross-sell/upsell campaigns, acquisition campaigns, and events/webinars.
- Leverage Tech Alliances and Global System Integrators to expand reach and gain new audiences.
- Support focus partners (resellers) to generate revenue by managing MDF budgets and co-marketing efforts aligned with GTMs.
- Measure marketing impact and evaluate campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget for your activities.
Own the holistic pipeline management:
- Participate in pipeline reviews with stakeholders and drive related actions.
- Implement data-driven approaches to inform sales conversations, budget investments, and customer journey strategies.
Be the voice of field and marketing:
- Provide input to global marketing to influence plans and execution.
- Ensure field teams understand and see the value of marketing programs supporting local objectives.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
Skills:
- Deep understanding of building, delivering, and optimizing marketing plans for results and impact.
- Data-driven, digital savvy marketer familiar with the current landscape.
- Effective collaboration skills in distributed/matrixed environments.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience managing agencies and negotiating with vendors.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Experience:
- 12+ years in marketing, especially B2B Field Marketing.
- Experience in enterprise cloud software, BI, or SaaS is a plus.
- Regional experience in EMEA North/UKI.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent.
- Partner marketing background.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies like Salesforce, Marketo, ON24, social platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read intent data (6Sense experience is a plus).
- Proven success in dynamic environments and stakeholder collaboration.
