Company Secretary | London | Listed Funds Sector
We are partnering our client who is a fast-growing fund services business to support the recruitment of a Company Secretary for their London office.
This is a full-time, permanent role at a managerial level, offering the opportunity to work closely with a range of listed fund clients across multiple jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality company secretarial and governance services, acting as a key point of contact for fund boards, shareholders, and senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and attend client board and shareholder meetings
- Prepare board packs and draft meeting minutes
- Coordinate statutory filings and regulatory notifications
- Maintain statutory records and reporting schedules
- Ensure compliance with UK company law, LSE listing rules, DTR, MAR, and FCA requirements
- Support the production of annual and interim reports
- Utilise board portals such as Diligent, Board Intelligence, or Convene
Requirements:
- ICSA qualified with at least 5 years’ relevant experience
- Strong background in listed funds (investment trusts, REITs, VCTs)
- In-depth understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
