We’re hiring! Due to rapid expansion, we are looking to recruit ambitious, growth mindset, solutions focused Operations Directors who can deliver growth and drive change.
The role: This is an exciting General Management role. You’ll take full P/L and functional responsibility for a region of up to 10 business units – from manufacturing to sales, inspiring your teams to deliver and execute with high performance.

- Commercial Experience: sales, marketing, commercial excellence, understand price, volume, mix and how to optimise it.
- P&L Leadership: can drive a P&L to deliver revenue and EBITDA growth, understands key leavers and how they interact to drive success.
Leadership Skills
- Inspire and motivate teams to deliver.
- Strategic thinker who can shape the future.
- Execution focused understands results matter now! Revenue and EBITDA growth.
- Excellent people skills across all levels of the organisation and can interact positively with people from very diverse backgrounds and job functions.
Location: Ideally based between the M62 and M4 corridors.
