Job Description:
Macdonald & Company are working with a leading real estate investment platform to recruit an Asset Manager to oversee a UK-wide portfolio of commercial offices. This is a strategic hands-on role that will see:
- Lead lease negotiations & re-gears
- Drive capex/repositioning projects
- Engage directly with tenants
- Manage property managers & external consultants
- Influence disposals, acquisitions & valuations
Requirements:
- MRICS, 2–3+ years PQE
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience in office markets
- Public Sector knowledge a bonus
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
