Position: Customer Service Representative – Housing Services

Location: Southwark Borough

Type: Full-time | Temporary Contract

Salary: £16.28 – £19.11 per hour

About the Role

As the first point of contact for tenants and residents, you’ll provide friendly, efficient support across a range of housing services, helping with repairs, rent management, and access to support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to queries via phone, email, and in person
• Provide information on housing services, tenancy, repairs, and rent
• Log and track service requests for timely resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic approach, especially in sensitive situations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience (housing experience is a plus but not essential)
