About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for your own section within the kitchen and play a key role in ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standards during every service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen during service
- Prepare and present dishes to fine dining standards
- Work closely with senior chefs to maintain consistency and quality
- Help train and support junior team members
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices
- Contribute ideas for seasonal dishes and menu development
- Ensure daily mise en place and stock levels are maintained
About You:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a fine dining or high-end kitchen
- Passionate about food, seasonality, and quality produce
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Committed to learning and continuous improvement
