Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct commercial property valuations for a wide range of clients.
• Play a key role in the delivery of asset management services, working on diverse property portfolios.
• Support Leasehold & Tenant (L&T) work, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and negotiations.
• Prepare detailed and accurate reports, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
• Work closely with clients, helping to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the wider team on cross-departmental projects, offering your insight and expertise.
• Manage your own time, with flexibility to work mostly remotely, while maintaining a proactive presence within the team.

About You:

• Proven experience in commercial property valuation (ideally with exposure to a range of property types).
• Strong understanding of Leasehold & Tenant (L&T) matters or a keen interest to expand your knowledge in this area.
• Experience in asset management is advantageous but not essential.
• A proactive, self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently, with flexibility for home working, and contribute effectively to a small team environment.
