A platform to build something new and exciting in the pharmaceutical market research industryIf you’re passionate about making a real impact and have the drive to help grow an ambitious agency, we want to hear from you!ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR2 days per week in office (usually Tuesdays and Thursdays), other days can be worked from home.All aspects of project leadership, including identifying new business, pitching and winning the work, project design, fieldwork, delivery and follow-up on client satisfaction, as well as financial managementContribute fully to the Senior Management Team on business development initiatives, marketing strategies and innovative methodologies, as well as influencing and implementing strategic directionDevelop and maintain professional, proactive relationships with new, existing, and lapsed clients to form long-term alliancesSupport Account Directors and Research Managers with client interactionsWrite and renew the design of projects (proposals, questionnaires, approaches to analysis and presentations) to ensure they satisfy and exceed client expectationsPerformance and talent management:Act as mentor to Account Directors and Research ManagersConduct regular management reviews with line reports, reviewing performance, setting objectives, and identifying learning needsFacilitate the professional development and learning of all those with whom you workExpertise in leading complex, large scale projectsExpert knowledge in key methodologies and approaches (published, conference speaking, industry training)Business acumen with a sound grasp of divisional financial performance and cost driversUnderstanding of business management issuescontracts and discountsEnthusiasm to play a key part in building our business#…
