Our clients rely on Capgemini Invent’s expertise to navigate these transformative journeys, enabling their businesses to adapt, innovate, and align with dynamic market changes.We are seeking talented professionals to join our Digital Acceleration consulting team within Business Technology, specifically supporting large-scale clients as they implement and maximise value from SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems. We need experienced Technical Project Managers at the Managing Consultant level, who can drive these transformations from strategic planning through to end-to-end implementation.ERP Solution Delivery : Lead large-scale ERP solution delivery, managing planning, stakeholder engagement, and change management to ensure successful implementation for clients.Business Development : Lead or contribute to client proposals, RFPs, and pitch preparations for SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems, actively shape tailored ERP solutions for clients, and support our presence at client-hosted events.Learning & Development : Grow your expertise through continuous training and certifications, particularly around SAP S/4HANA and other ERP systems.ERP and SAP S/4HANA Experience : Expertise in deploying ERP solutions with a focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation, including data migration, integration, and system optimisation for large enterprises.· Project Leadership: Manage and lead project teams, working with third-party vendors to ensure the successful delivery of ERP systems in a manner aligned with client objectives.· SAP/ERP Delivery Approaches: Capable of designing delivery solutions using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to support feature rollouts or entire ERP migration workstreams.· Skilled in presenting status updates and technical impacts effectively across different client levels, from junior team members to executive leadership and clients.· Business Translation: Translate technical changes into business-friendly artefacts that allow stakeholders to evaluate operational impacts effectively.· Budget and Timeline Management: Proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget, with clear evidence of handling budgetary responsibilities in a consulting setting.Ability to articulate ERP transformation roadmaps, including SAP S/4HANA rollouts, and engage with clients and stakeholders to finalise forward plans.· Transformation Leadership: Evidence of delivering digital or ERP transformations that drive material business impacts, including SAP S/4HANA deployments and cloud transformations.· Experience coordinating and managing teams of up to 50 FTEs in complex, multi-vendor ERP environments (across sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications).· Cross-Methodology Delivery: Skilled in designing and executing end-to-end delivery solutions using both Waterfall and Agile (e.g. SAFe) methodologies, from initial planning through to business-as-usual (BAU) phases.· Evidence of mentoring and building capabilities within teams, including the development of junior ERP-focused consultants.· Sales and Business Development: Proven ability to achieve a personal sales target of £1m, specifically through ERP transformation engagements.You’ll gain exposure to high-profile transformations and gain hands-on exposure to leading technologies.Consultants have access to a vast array for different training and certifications in a variety of areas: cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), programming (Java, Kotlin, NodeJS, Spring Boot), DevOps (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker), Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM) and Agile delivery (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile Framework).
