The Person The Pastry Chef De Partie will have:

• Previous pastry experience in a 4 or 5 star environment
• High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.
• Have a thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
• Have a passion for fresh food and good attention to detail
• Be driven and willing to mentor junior chefs
• Have the confidence to create and be innovative
• Leadership skills
• Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
