Join our team to manage and develop our Raiser’s Edge CRM platform, focusing on campaign data management and strategic migration to Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage campaign selections and data imports effectively.
2. Contribute to the CRM migration strategy to Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud.
3. Lead and develop two team members.
4. Oversee the implementation and management of our data quality platform.
5. Enhance data integrity and quality across the organization.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Hands-on experience with the data lifecycle for campaigns and marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and manage CRM data flows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of data governance principles.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new platforms and technologies.

Additional Information:

This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home three days a week. Travel expenses to the office are to be covered by the employee.
