What Is the Opportunity?
The role holder will assist in developing, executing, and measuring marketing activities for Travelers Europe to support business growth, retention, and enhance relationships with customers, brokers, and key stakeholders.
Travelers Europe currently offers flexible work arrangements, including a hybrid model of three days in the office and two at home, subject to policy changes. This role is eligible for a £1,500 GBP/EUR referral bonus for successful employee referrals.
What Will You Do?
- Collaborate with marketing team, stakeholders, partners, and suppliers to execute aligned marketing activities.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including writing, creating, executing, and tracking.
- Create and execute social media posts on LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Generate and execute marketing campaigns, monitor, adjust, and report on activities.
- Develop content and manage marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
- Lead co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
- Keep stakeholders informed of marketing programs.
- Ensure marketing activities align with Travelers’ brand, objectives, and compliance requirements.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
- Experience in B2B intermediated business, preferably in insurance.
- Degree-level education with qualifications in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams.
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and ideally Sprinklr, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Teamsite or Optimizely.
What is a Must Have?
- Experience in executing email and social media campaigns.
- Experience in content creation and collateral management.
- Experience working in a regulated financial or similar environment.
