Background: The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial and technology-focused contracts, advising on business-to-business and business-to-consumer arrangements. Responsibilities include advising on non-contentious commercial transactions across sectors such as technology, retail, leisure, manufacturing, food and drink, and transport. Additionally, advising on IP/brand protection and production distribution.
