Job Description:

IDEX Consulting are proud to represent a top tier international law firm who are looking to hire a Professional Support Lawyer into their structured finance practice.

As a Structured Finance Knowledge Lawyer you will be responsible for:

1. Tracking, creating, managing and disseminating technical and commercial intelligence to clients and Lawyers
2. Providing training and working on training programmes for internal Lawyers and external clients
3. Delivering strategic knowledge and client initiatives across the firm’s international network
4. Developing and maintaining technical and commercial resources, including drafting and maintaining legal precedents and guidance notes

About you:A successful Structured Finance Knowledge Lawyer should have:

1. Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales
2. 5+ PQE
3. A strong working knowledge of structured finance law
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

They will consider an Associate who is looking to move into a PSL role or an experienced PSL looking to change firms.
