This position reports to the Employee Engagement Manager within the Human Resources directorate at our London office. It is a fixed-term contract for 9-12 months.

The role offers a salary commensurate with experience, along with a 7.5% bonus. After a 6-month probationary period, blended working arrangements are available, typically involving 3 days in the office and 2 remote days.

Job Purpose: To support the delivery of UK Power Networks’ Employee Engagement Strategy by coordinating activities that enhance employee participation and satisfaction, including managing projects, advising managers, and ensuring value for money.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Support engagement activities such as conferences, forums, charitable events, and recognition programs.
  • Manage community projects and collaborate on wellbeing initiatives.
  • Track and report on engagement commitments and initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve engagement channels and intranet sites.
  • Conduct local employee forums to promote engagement initiatives.
