Role Overview

The Head of Regulatory for Partnership Markets will lead regulatory strategy, governance, and operations across 16 European countries, including coordination with global teams and oversight of third-party partners and non-EU responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regulatory strategies to support market access, product launches, and supply continuity.
  • Manage regulatory affairs activities within an operational matrix, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Oversee third-party contracts, governance, and audits.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting objectives and coaching staff.
  • Represent regulatory interests in key projects and initiatives.
  • Standardize and optimize regulatory processes across markets.
  • Manage regulatory risks and lead audits and inspections.
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or higher in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields; leadership training is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years in Regulatory Affairs, with leadership experience.
  • Experience working in local operating companies and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of European regulatory policies and effective collaboration with agencies.

Leadership Skills

  • Strategic engagement with global stakeholders.
  • Strong management, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicts and build productive relationships.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring staff, managing third-party vendors.
