Project Manager – Super Prime Residential – Belsize Park

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a super prime residential project valued at £10 million in Belsize Park. The scheme involves complex fit out elements along with bespoke, beautifully designed finishes crafted to the highest standards.

Our client is a highly respected super prime main contractor, based in central London, with a 15-year track record of delivering some of the most exquisite private residences in the UK. The company is known for its professional, well-structured approach, excellent supply chain relationships, and dedication to quality.

Role & Responsibilities:

•Take full responsibility for the on-site delivery of the project, ensuring quality, programme, and cost targets are met.

•Manage and coordinate all site activities, including any structural works and the high-end fit-out phases.

•Work closely with the client team, design consultants, and subcontractors to maintain exceptional standards of quality and finish.

•Lead a site-based team including site managers, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with all health & safety regulations.

•Provide regular progress reporting to senior management and the client, addressing risks and ensuring proactive problem-solving.

•Ensure that procurement and logistics are carefully managed for smooth and efficient project delivery.

Candidate Requirements:

•Proven experience delivering super prime residential projects or high-spec commercial schemes, ideally in London or the Home Counties.

•Strong knowledge of structural works as well as luxury fit-out and finishes.

•Excellent leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills.

•Ability to manage complex programmes and maintain quality across all aspects of the build.

•Experience working for a super prime contractor or high-end main contractor is highly desirable.
