Holistic Project Work: Analyze processes, procurement organizations, and product groups. Develop strategies and measures to optimize the supply chain and strategic procurement. Implement these strategies and deliver tangible results for clients.
Variety of Challenges: Engage with diverse clients across industries such as start-ups, retail, consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical, and healthcare, both domestically and internationally.
Customer Consulting: Collaborate closely with clients, participate in workshops and negotiations, and serve as a key contact to understand and improve their processes and structures.
Cross-Industry Development: Contribute to knowledge sharing within the company through participation in competence centers, enhancing your skills in new areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with above-average grades.
- Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations, or consulting during your studies.
- Strong analytical thinking, flexibility, enthusiasm for new challenges, and a performance-driven attitude.
- Team-oriented, grounded, fair, and fun to work with.
- Confident in an international environment, fluent in English.
