The Role:As a Private Client Paralegal, you will work closely with solicitors, providing vital support on a varied caseload of private client matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Supporting the administration of estates, including Grant of Probate applications
• Handling Court of Protection deputyship applications
• Assisting with Trust administration
