UK Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Description

My client is an industry leader in the power tool industry, and they currently have a rare but exciting opportunity for a UK Sales & Marketing Manager to join their team.

This is a fully remote role

The Role

• Manage a team of 10+ across sales & marketing
• Manage a division with a turnover of £12M – £15M
• Increase turnover across the division
• Man-manage an existing and established department, as well as oversee the development of a new division
• Work with wholesale & distributor channels – Toolbank, Toolstream, Toolstop
• Implementation of pricing, order management & delivery
• Recruitment & performance management

The Candidate

• Experience managing a team of both sales & marketing professionals
• Industry experience – Tooling, cutting tools, power tools
• Full UK Driving License

£75K – £90K + 50% bonus + car allowance – £6000pa + pension + benefits
