Responsibilities Of Quantity Surveyor:Cashflow & sales forecastingMonthly payment applicationsCost/value reportingAssess and raise required sub-contract certificates as requiredBudget management including procurement of sub-contractors and preparation of contract documentsReview and negotiate contract/sub-contract T&Cs
Experience:SMSTSCSCSBachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.Experience working on heavy civils schemes
