What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and drive the sales strategy for the UK and European markets
  • Manage and grow relationships with senior stakeholders at global banks, funds, and infrastructure providers
  • Lead and close complex, multi-product sales cycles focused on portfolio compression, initial margin optimization, and risk-neutral structuring
  • Partner with product and quantitative teams to tailor solutions for client needs
  • Attend and speak at key industry events to promote thought leadership and drive pipeline
  • Report directly to the executive leadership team and contribute to overall business strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience in sales or business development within capital markets, derivatives, or financial infrastructure
  • Proven track record of closing large, technical deals with sophisticated institutional clients
  • Strong understanding of OTC derivatives, clearing, portfolio optimization, or capital efficiency products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Based in London, with the ability to travel occasionally across Europe and the US
