We have partnered with one of the UK’s fastest growing D2C marketplace start-ups who are looking for a Creative Strategist to work closely with their Head of Growth.
This role is about thinking big, executing quickly and acting with a commercial brain turning insights into powerful creative that sells.
What you’ll be doing:-
- Develop and implement a content strategy focused on performance and conversion optimisation.
- Lead bold ideation and direction, consistently crafting ad concepts that tap into what’s resonating in paid channels.
- Embrace a test-and-learn approach, rapidly evolving creative based on real-time performance metrics.
- Partner with performance marketers to optimise content based on sales-driving insights.
- Explore top-performing content across ad libraries and social platforms to inspire impactful future ads.
- Analyse competitor performance and translate insights into strategies that drive market advantage.
What we are looking for:-
- 2+ years experience in a performance-driven creative role. Ideally you’ve come from a DTC brand or a Media Agency with relevant industry focus.
- You have bags of experience with Meta and TikTok Ads and know what performs well and you know how best to optimise creatives for each platform.
- You act with a commercial brain i.e not every idea is focussed on what looks the best, it needs to make sense commercially.
- You are performance minded and able to interpret live data and adjust creative accordingly.
- You’ve worked in a lean setup and are happy to run with autonomy when needed.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
