Property Damage Solicitor – Birmingham
We have a number of opportunities for property damage solicitors in Birmingham. This growing team is looking for solicitors and legal executives at roughly 0-5 PQE. The work includes property damage, including subrogated recoveries, liability, and insurance coverage. It should be noted that PQE is only set as a guide and all levels will be considered.

What to expect
The Partners are looking for talented litigators keen to sharpen their skills. The successful candidate will be:
- Handling property damage claims arising from insured perils such as fire, flood, and construction-related losses.
- Managing complex insurance litigation, including cases involving fraud and injunctive relief for corporate crime insurers.
- Representing clients in high-value disputes involving property damage, liability claims, and insurance coverage issues.
- Advising and training in-house legal teams through workshops and seminars.
Who they are looking for
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (0-5 PQE, but all levels considered).
- Experience in litigation, particularly in property damage claims and subrogated recoveries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle complex, high-value cases and provide strategic legal advice.
