A law firm in North London is seeking a civil litigation locum to start as soon as possible for a period of around 3-6 months. The caseload will include general civil litigation work, breach of contract, debt recovery, charging orders, orders of sale, landlord & tenant, possession, eviction, and neighbour disputes. Initially, you will need to attend the firm’s offices in Enfield, but remote working may be available later.
The firm is also looking for a family law locum. Both roles are part-time, with civil litigation expected to take about 3 days per week and family law about 2 days per week. Handling both caseloads could make this a full-time role. Experience with LEAP software is advantageous.
