Role & Responsibilities
- Managing critical systems commissioning on data centre & critical infrastructure projects for high-profile UK & International clients.
- Conducting commissionability reviews of design.
- Mapping critical systems interfaces and sequencing of commissioning activities.
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure commissioning processes are established and adhered to.
- Collaborating with package managers to manage the supply chain, producing and reviewing documentation (scripts and results) within required timescales.
- Supervising and witnessing commissioning activities.
- Contributing to programme planning and testing of equipment (e.g., load banks).
- Participating in the continuous improvement of commissioning processes and templates.
- Reporting on all project commissioning activities internally and externally.
About You:
- An experienced Engineer capable of taking initiative, leading teams, and working well under pressure.
- Technical expertise in critical systems and a good understanding of multidisciplinary building services installations.
- Experience in mission critical facility commissioning (data centres or similar facilities).
- Knowledge of industry-standard Levels of Commissioning and best practices.
