This isn’t just any marketing position. As the dedicated Retention Specialist, you’ll:

  • Own the entire customer lifecycle journey from first purchase through repeat business
  • Manage and optimize all CRM metrics including renewal rates, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value
  • Take full ownership of email and SMS communications via Klaviyo
  • Collaborate with creative partners on direct mail campaigns that delight customers
  • Analyze customer data to uncover insights that drive business decisions
  • Implement innovative strategies to improve subscription retention

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3+ years of CRM experience in a customer-focused business
  • A holistic view of the customer journey beyond just email marketing
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with subscription models (highly valued)
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar ESP platforms
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Commercial awareness and focus on business outcomes
