Job Title: Fleet Finance Support

Based at our Stores Road Fleet Management office.

Working Days

Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will handle financial administration for Fleet Management, including tasks within the council’s Fleet Management system and renewing the Road Fund Licence for the council’s fleet.

The Role

In this role, you will:

  1. Manage purchase orders, GRNs, and process invoices.
  2. Ensure vehicle records are accurately entered and maintained in the Fleet Management system.
  3. Handle monthly Road Fund Licence renewals for DCC fleet vehicles.
  4. Perform various fleet and compliance-related administrative tasks.
  5. Answer calls and greet visitors to the Fleet department.
