Job Title: Head of Development Product

We are a cutting-edge camera design organization seeking a Head of Development Product to oversee department processes and procedures, aiming to improve successful product delivery and enhance interdepartmental communication.

Key Skills:

• Experience in B2B within an SME environment
• Experience with hardware, application software, and embedded software products
• Experience working with engineering teams and senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical, strategic, and coordination skills
• Engineering or technical background; animation or related markets experience is a plus
• Product Management certification

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage, motivate, and develop the global Product Team
• Provide direction and leadership to achieve product goals and objectives
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure the Product department supports the business needs
• Create and review product visions, including financial analyses for new markets and product opportunities
• Collaborate with the Program Team to optimize resource use and ensure on-time delivery of the product roadmap
